Directions:
From I-84 in
Boise take Hwy
21 N.E. 36 miles to Idaho City. Turn left (North) onto Montgomery St.
Where street ends turn left (west) and continue
for 7 miles (dirt road between towns) to Centerville. Turn right (North) onto Henry’s
Creek Rd.
follow approximately ½ mile to camp.
Camp:
The camp is located on private property, but borders on
public lands, weed free hay is preferred. Horse
water will be supplied but bring people water with you.
DOGS are always welcome but must be
leashed at all times. Please do not bring dogs to ride
meetings or awards dinner. FIRE
danger is very real this time of year—only one community
fire will be allowed.

Fees:
50 miles- $75; 30 miles- $65; (12 mile trail ride $20).
All
AERC/PNER rules apply. Non AERC members – additional
$15.00 fee.
$10 Junior discount on 30/50 miler.
Starting
Times for Both Days:
50 mile riders @
7:00 am; 30 mile ride @
8:30 am;
12 mile pleasure ride anytime from 9:00am—3:00pm.
Check-in and vetting will start at
approximately 4:00pm on Friday, August 29th for
Saturday rides;
Pre-vet
check for Sunday only riders will be anytime Saturday at
the discretion of the Vets.
Trails:
All vet checks will be in camp.
The trails are primarily old logging roads, ATV
tacks and some single-track trails crossing private
properties, U.S. Forest Service and the Idaho State
Lands. The terrain is
mostly sound footing with sandy surfaces, but there are
short sections of rock and HORSESHOES are
strongly recommended for all horses competing at 30/50
miles.

Pre-Ride
Meetings: 7:00pm on Friday and following the
awards meeting on Saturday night.
Awards
Meeting: 6:30pm Saturday &
Sunday following potluck dinners. Please bring a
dish to share.
