Actually, I only quoted part of the message that was sent to me
privately. It was a mistake that it got sent to ride camp. But to answer
your question, No, the writer was NOT saying anglo-arabs have a better
chance of tying up. They were referring to the study that I referred to
that only looked at a certain type of tying up found only in TB's and
running QH that have TB in them.
