Show Sheen has that warning because it makes the hair very slippery.  Years
ago, I made the mistake of spraying my entire horse for a halter class without
thinking that I would be riding bareback pleasure later.  Needless to say, it
was a very interesting bareback pleasure class indeed and no, the judge didn't
think I deserved to place since I couldn't keep my behind in one place at a
walk!!

On another note, Show Sheen works great for removing tangles from the tail.
Spray that on and you can brush through the worst tail with no problem.
