Another non-Susie Homemaker tip  for washing  tack--I try to throw it in
with small rugs or towels .  It also helps keep the" banging and
clangeing" to a minimum, thus NOT alerting  ,others in the home  as to
what their clothes are being washed with.  Some of them(can you
imagine?) actually  OBJECT to filthy tack being washed in the same load
!!
