I was amazed (and touched) by the 
outpouring of warm responses I got in
reply to my post (re putting down my
horse with navicular). I've always known
in my heart that I made the right
decision but I now know that it wasn't
just an emotional one, it WAS the right
thing to do; thanks to all of you who
made me realize that. The way I see it,
since a horse lives in the moment,his present, past and future is agony to 
him if he's in pain. Give your horses
a hug for me!  Kristi
