The bottle calls for 1.5 cc per 100 lbs. I have one guy that I double dose on a monthly basis for "muck itch". Doesn't make sense that it curtails the itching, so I'm assuming it eradicates the larvae. Whatever, it works for one horse while anothers' "muck itch" is not improved at all, I beleive affected a different way.
