The article is in the December issue of Endurance News, the monthly magazine 
published by AERC.  This is not the same as the endurance web site.  If you 
are an AERC member, you should have recieved the magazine long since.  If you 
are not a member, you might be able to purchase a spare issue from the AERC 
office (phone 530-823-2260), or better yet, become a member.  There is a lot 
of great information in the magazine.
