GPS
I got a GPS last year right before Dubai.
I struggled with the directions at the airport on the plane and in my hotel
room. I just could not get it to work. After several hours it
occured to me that I needed to be outside. Funny the directions never
mentioned that. What you need to do is take it one some walks when you can
concentrate and stop and re read the directions for waypoints, etc. I
always try to use it when I need the info "now" and have no patience
for the learning curve. There are a couple of cool web sites someone
posted with mapping programs for use with the info you get on trail. Guess
I better practice with the unit first. Back in training early to be ready
for USA East ride in March.
