Lack of mentoring of inexperienced vets.  In some areas, mentoring is assured 
by head vets and/or ride management, but there is a lack of consistency of 
how this is done.  And, quite frankly, there is still a shortage of willing 
vets in many areas.

Although it behooves us to continue to address this problem, it is doubtful 
that we will ever arrive at Utopia.
