Treadmill 2



Ok, this time, different horse, higher workload, 3 hours. this guy worked at 
heartrates ranging from 130 to 145. Throughout the work, except for a few 
blips, his R value was slightly below 1 (nothing under.9), indicating a 
continual contribution of fat to the fueling process. What i need to know 
from Beth is if there is any way to know what the ratio of fat/carb 
contribution is from the R values.
