Time to review your basic reading habits. If you will actually take the time 
to read what I'm saying rather than read two words, then go off on an 
anti-carb rampage, then you just might come across an opinion of mine that it 
was the chromium in CC that was preventing the tying up episodes. 

See, this is exactly how we get into these tiffs, Heidi. You mangle what I 
say to fit your carbo-horror agenda and then expect me to sit still for it, 
and your snide belittling barb at the end. And then "lose respect" for me 
when I call you on your error, returning your nastiness in kind This is 
precisely why your respect means absolutely nothing to me. 

Meanwhile, the bet's still on, and not for late-ride tie-ups.  That's another 
ball of wax and carbs won't be much help once the tying up sets in.
