deleting excess forwards

I have a request, and I am sure that some others may agree on this point. I
get ridecamp in the digest format and I have to scroll through all the
excess forwards and signature blocks to get to the next message. I Iike
reading throught all the posts, but it does get hard to figure out where
they all are because of all the repetition in the forwarded materials.  So
if you would, please think of others when you forward and try to delete the
excess paarts of the post. Thanks
