Well we will find out today what she says to teh authorities. ALl seh has to 
say to US is "gee whiz, Batman, I didn't KNOW!!!" Oh brotehr. ell, she was 
absent last night and she left the dog TIED TO A POST in her yard, 10 feet 
from OUR yard, howling till 3:30 AM. Ask me how I feel about her now? In 
addition, I caught the dog trying to drag a set  of rollerblades off the 
porch a couple months ago and just two weeks ago found out why all of our 
ground lights along our driveway are shredded beyond repaid. You guessed it - 
Rover thinks it is fun to yank them apart. So guess who gets to pay fo them 
AND the installaion. 

I am off to Animal Control to swear out teh second complaint - adn my other 
neighbor will be swearing out the third, necessary to take her dog away. No 
one slept last night except the dog's owner. SHEESH!
