What about field testing???

I just love it when Tom gets the girls going in a carbo discussion!   
What about all the field studies that have been done to "confirm" all 
this??  ROC and Tevis did stuff, Gail Eckert did testing during the 
PAC race and gallons of blood was drawn in Dubai.  So, what did 
we learn, anything?????
