Entry to the trade show at Convention

The EN text says "He(Doyle) proposed offering a separate admission 
to the trade show.  M. Price moved to allow people to come to the trade
show only, for a donation of a minimum of $5 for which they will
receive a receipt, this money to be given to the Trails Fund. T.W. Howe
seconded. Motion carried unanimously."

My reading is that AERC members registering for the convention would
not be charged an additional donation to attend the trade show.  But
that non-registered attendees - either non-members or members - would 
be asked for the donation.

Perhaps Doyle can clarify this one for us.
