Re: trucks

No, my trailer is NOT that big!!!! It is a 4H slant with 9" LQ. 26 foot on the floor. Rated at 13,000 loaded capacity!!!!  I have heard that Dodge had problems with earlier models of their trucks...hopefully they have improved them.  I just resent having been used as a guinea pig and had AWFUL service!!!

Yeah, but Teddy - tell the folks who don't know about the rest of the story.  You pull one heck of a big trailer for your living quarters/Running Bear store/horses.  I'm not sure tat any of the light trucks were ever meant to work that hard.  You NEEDED a Freightliner!

I had a 93 Dodge Diesel and had the rear end go out at 68,000 miles (just under
warranty - but had LOUSY service), the transmission died at 102,000 miles and i
had to replace the U-joints every 40,000 miles.  Then the rear end bracing broke
and my trailer swayed horribly for three months until we figured out what
happened.

The ONLY good thing was the resale.  I bought a Freightliner instead.  120,000
mile so far and all I've had to do is change the oil.
