Is this for YOU or the HORSE?

If it is for the horse, the monitor band is not set up for equine use and I'm not familiar enough with this model to know if it can be jury rigged.  Why go this route & maybe not have it work for your horse when you can buy something proven for endurance like VMax?

found one that has five functions (altimeter, compass, barometer, HR &
Time) that I am interested in but since I have never even used a HR
monitor I don't know what features are important.......
