Pigeon fever is the only one I'm aware of in horses.  It does go by other 
names, though, such as dryland distemper, bastard strangles, etc.  In sheep 
it causes a somewhat similar problem called caseous lymphadenitis.  Other 
Corynebacterium spp. cause problems in horses, though--C. equi causes 
neonatal diarrheas, septicemias, and lung abcesses in foals, C. equi and C. 
pyogenes are rare but occasional causes of abortion, there is a C. renale 
that sometimes shows up in pyelonephritis in large animals, some that show up 
in mastitis in cattle, etc.  But C. pseudotuberculosis is pretty much just 
pigeon fever in horses...
