tail rubbing (was ivermectin and Arabs)

Well, I hadn't checked for a while, what with my mare being perpetual
heat and all (she gets very picky about where I touch her....)

After receiving this from Karen, and taking advantage of Salina's
momentary disinterest in the boys, I did some investigating and lo and
behold, lots o' crud. If cleaning it out doesn't stop the tail rubbing,
at least I know that I've improved her hygiene.
