I just got back from the PNER convention in Richland, WA. Mark Plumlee 
of Mission Farrier School in Walla Walla, WA was one of the guest 
speakers. He gave an excellent slide show and talk. A lot of what he 
covered can be found in the current issue of the Trailblazer magazine 
article called 'Natural Balanced Shoeing' and a book called "New Hope 
For Soundness" by Gene Ovnicek.
