Technical question -- slightly different

Ah ha!  I have discovered that I DID NOT delete that e-mail but that 
CompuServe only keeps all messages on line for a few days.  So my next 
technical question becomes, where do they do then?  I'm probably going to 
have to break down and ask the CompuServe people, huh?  Ugh, computer people 
generally end up making fun of me because I'm so illiterate ;-((
