Apparently this offer is only available in certain areas. The representative
I just spoke with was a bit demeaning, insisting the item number I was
giving her out of the new catalog that just arrived yesterday was from a
sale flyer. When she finally asked me which catalog and page she acted like
she had never said it was from a sale flyer. Then... "Do you want to place
an order or not!". Not very customer friendly. And I've spent a lot of money
with them!  Cheryl, very disappointed in their customer service today!
