Okay okay here it is. I am sooo excited.
I lost Baru last week and I will admit I thought it was to soon to find 
another horse to fill those big sweet shoes of Baru's
We looked at several horses a museacat(sp) mare not the umph I was looking 
for. We looked at two geldings one a bit on the fruity side. The other too 
young. The owner a bit fruity herself.
So huby and I go play some golf.(we do our best thinking together on the 
course.He shot a 89 yuk!I didn't play MIGRaine)
We stop and eat supper. He tells me to call this person that has a 7 yr old 
mare. I raised my eyebrows coss I wasnt wanting to pay that amount because 
we just don't have it right now. So I call she is everything I want but the 
price. We go see her. I fall madly in love he says lets get her. We are 
getting rid of some stuff on ebay. Some of his collection stuff. I call and 
get insurance on her... wouldn't you know it some idiot in a truck almost 
gets us killed as I bring her home. 15 minutes after hubby sent fax off to 
cover the mare. I get out of the truck and Run to check on her. She was 
still standing but shaken. I pull her out of the trailer and the guy takes 
off. I am in a ditch Thank God the Truck is okay as well. Another guy pulls 
up behind me and tells me that the same guy almost hit him head on and 
checks to see if I am okay. I do about 25 mph to get horse home to barn and 
lock her up tight after a little ride.
Okay she is Arab 15 hands rose gray! moves like a cat!! and neck reins!! oh 
my she is a charmer!! I have her papers but don't no didley about them! Her 
name is Ansata (an-sa-da) we fell in love with her at first sight. Huby is 
jelous of her ;o) I am content that she has big shoes to fill -But I think 
she brought her own shoes.
