Flare inflatable saddle panels

Hi - I spoke with Anthony Cooper about this system. It does seem really
cool. Two requirements are important to mention: the saddle must be
English-style, with stuffing in the panels. He basically removes the
stuffing and replaces it with the bladders. He can't do it to anything
with Western-style bars, or an ortho-flex for that matter.
