Well, the 26th running of the Sunland endurance ride is history. It was a warm, well, almost HOT day for a November ride. Might have been 85 or so. I was out taking photos, and double checking trail markings all day, so I did not get to any of the vet checks, or finish line. We had I think about 50, 50 mile starters, and 40+ Limited distance riders. The 50 mile ride was won by Suzy Kelley, riding a mare she bred and raised. Best Condition went to 2nd place finisher Dabney Finch. Thats the only awards I can remember! Saw many Ridecampers there, but I was usually in a hurry to head to the next place on the trail. I would like to Thank ALL the riders who came out to ride and help. Hope everyone had a great day. I'm sure some others could fill you all in on the ride, trail etc. better than I can.
