Paul - usually around 225 lb - always spends some time
riding/conditioning the horses I ride in races.  I strive to weigh about
100 lb less than him (but usually weigh about 75 lbs less!).  We have
always figured that his conditioning weight must give the horses that I
ride an edge.  Not that I am a top 10 rider, but heck, everyone needs
all the help they can get!  Lif
