    My sister is the one in the story that completed her first 50 on my horse 
"Rett Butler." Being a junior rider myself I can say that the more 
recognition the better!! Not only for juniors but for first time riders also, 
recognition should be a big thing...Having mom and dad cheer you on is great, 
and not to mention having a wonderful sponser(Tammy Robinson) helps a bunch 
too! But award banquets I say should and could be a lot better. The award 
isn't always the best part but hearing you're name and also I think the 
horse's name should at least be called,since the horse's do a great amount of 
work also...Only my comments&opinions!
