Ya know, sometimes stuff happens that is pretty disappointing...I didn't
get a completion at my 2nd fifty this year cuz Jonathan's pulse hung there
at 18 for the whole hour...(several factors, no long story, buddies passed
him going out while we were coming in, pit hubby left to pit the buddies,
didn't know we were in trouble till it was too late, etc.).  I was SOOOOOO
disappointed.  Jonathan looked like he could have and wanted to do the
fifty all over again!  The vet was even disappointed for us....but we know
how we did and how we felt afterward.  At that point, it was our best time
ever and the best I had ever been able to walk afterward!  (I have since
had some better rides than that!).  But sometimes, it's what you know in
your heart that counts.
