Hopefully the IAHA will stick to it's guns and peruse to the finish in
the courts the lawsuit.  Most of the time this doesn't happen and there
is a "settlement" in which the accused (Boggs) will admit no wrong doing
and after a slap on the wrist be allowed to resume what he wasn't doing
wrong.

It takes money and guts to win something like this. Hopefully they have
both.
