Anyone read the latest Practical Horseman? It has an article - with
drawings - of the "ideal body type" and the not so ideal one. It's
really funny, but I have to admit, I match the "stubby" one, too! The
title of the article is "Ride like a toad and enjoy it..." It talks
about lessons with J. Ashton Moore, a highly esteemed dressage judge and
teacher. My favorite phrase from Moore was the bit about "aerate your
buns".

PS - another excellent article in this issue is "What happened to
sportsmanship?" This magazine seems to be getting more and more articles
that are applicable to more equine activities than just jumping and
dressage.
