I too have bought a horse from a horse traiter on a hand shake, no money down, as a matter of fact he was offered more money for the horse and still solded to me for the priced agreed on. He did tell me that if I wanted to change my mind he had another buyer but my was the choice to make. And I can honestly say that I have recommended him to many that have bought from him and trust his word without a doubt. I was raised to believe that is a hand shake is not good enough than the paper you write it on is not good either.
