Kissing Spine / Dorsal Spine Process Lesions

I was wondering if anyone out there in RC has any knowledge of Kissing
Spine, or the medical term
Dorsal Spin Process Lesion?

There is a very small chance this is what my horse has, we are still
weeding some things out, and I have not
had Xrays done yet (but I plan to).  I just wanted to gather some more info
for anyone who has gone
though this.
