Hows about public flogging??? and they have to go behind all the horses at 
the trails where horses are not allowed and pick up horse muffins
OH here is an add on someone passed onto me, If on an trail where our horses 
are not allowed. um act stupid and beg forgivness later?
uh oh better go get me a fire truck!!!
