roundpen training

Gay,
Do yourself & your horse a favor and go rent John Lyons "Roundpen Training"
to begin with. Many tack stores rent it. If not, look in any tack mag. and
they cost around $25 each and are a great investment. That will open up
your desire to learn more and you can go from there.

Do not what-so-ever chase your guy around the roundpen. Goal is to direct
his movement with your body language: ie communicate with him. There is
alot to it.

Any "flavor" of natural horsemanship will suffice, Lyon's just happens to be
my favorite.

Check my page on www.plough-electric.com/kim/natural.html but please
forgive, I havn't updated it since the end of spring semester!
