What was their bad judgment?  Going to an endurance ride and expecting
to be able to compete to the fullest?  No one has said these people were
over-riding their horses, these aren't CTRs where speed is limited.  The
truck was in the way and they were forced off course.  They headed to an
apparently open area.  I just don't see that the riders' judgment is any
issue at all.  Lif
