white spots, favorite book

About 25  yrs ago I had a dark chestnut 9 yr old Arab mare that developed gray spots on her neck and shoulder that were 3 to 5 inches across. Probably about 10 of them. Never found out why. I believe she was by El Manahka. One of my favorite books is That winning feeling by Jane Savoie. She is a dressage rider but relates to all other disciplines as well. Subtitle is program your mind for peak performance. It has helped me not only with training horses but in dealing with life in general. Barnes and Noble has it for about $15. Karen
