All right Teddy, that explains it. Raider had aluminum toxicosis. NOT. :)
He hadn't changed his feeding protocol in years. What was different in
the grass last year?  He's fine THIS year. :)
Seriously, that does not explain the majority of birdspots. But it's an
interesting theory- how many horses were given extra aluminum to see if
they developed more spots?
