I believe the basketball player's case was actually tried and not sent to
an arbitrator.  I don't have the article anymore, so cannot really
remember specifics.  Maybe the other attorneys on the list know.

I really don't think that Boggs HAS been deprived of his livelihood.  He
was only suspended from IAHA shows.  There are other shows and other
breeds out there that he could move to.  He has NOT been forbidden to do
that and therefore, has NOT been deprived of his ability to earn a living
as a horse trainer.  I also am hopeful that the money that Boggs and his
clients are able to throw at this doesn't affect the outcome.
