halfchaps

Ariat makes a great half-chap, smooth leather and fit well, but they are 
quite expensive.  Barnstable alwo makes a fairly nice half-chap in 
swaede or smooth leather and you can get them with some elastic in the 
sides, they are reasonably priced.  I used to work for a tack shop in 
Va. that sold them. I have a pair of the barnstable halfchaps and they 
have held up well over the years.  Louise
