Money going out

The original speaker is held to be the 19th century titan of finance,
John Pierpont Morgan. Somebody asked him how much his yacht
cost and that was his reply.

But, hey, just because you can't afford it doesn't mean you shouldn't
do it! One of the biggest laughs I've had in years came when I was
talking with a Sundowner Living Quarters trailer salesman at Orchard
Trailers in central Massachusetts.

You know how when you go to apply for a mortgage on your house
the mortgage company won't lend to you if the monthly payments on
all your indebtedness (mortgage+taxes+credit card payments+any other debt)
exceeds 36% of your monthly income?

Well, the leading financer of horse trailers will let you go in debt to
the tune of 66% of your monthly income to buy a Sundowner LQ trailer.

Talk about giving you enough rope to hang yourself!
