Roger Rittenhouse is the originator of the HRM made for equines.  Equine
Performance Technology (his company) makes the VMax monitors.  He stands
behind what he sells 100% and he's a fellow endurance rider.  He knows what
works and personally tests his designs!  Best of all, he's an innovative
putterer - always something new in the works.

He advertises on http://www.endurance.net and supports many of the sport's
major efforts with cash & prizes.  Neat guy - plan to talk a while if you
catch him in.
