If this is a NATRC ride, no wrapping of any type while in competition is 
allowed.  You can wrap after the ride is finished, however.  You can also use 
ice throughout the competition -- new rule change.     If its an ECTRA, or 
any of the other CTR organizations, hopefully, somebody with knowledge of 
those organizations will respond.  Good luck and have fun!
