yes but if people are using the horses sanely then more than 400 should be 
doable.  i could soften on the 1000 miles but should the champion ENDURANCE 
horse be capable of over 400 miles.  many try and fail every year.  i person 
could win it on only 500 miles for example if they won all 5 100 miles rides
