The 'poop' diaper as you call it.......also known as a tail bag or
basket, was invented for driving horses that are on city streets with a
'no poop' ordinance....in some areas, they are required for horse parade
units that don't include a 'pooper scooper'. I don't believe they are
intended to be left on the horse while the horse is not working.
