Vacation in Texas

Hi Everybody,
This is my first time in the discussion group.
I would like to know the best place to go in Texas if I want
an adventure trip(5 days and 4 night). I would like to have in
my package cattle drive,roping,fencing and learn who to be a
real cowgirl.
Did somebody suggest me a good ranch with his experience?
Thank you for everything.
I plan to go on vacation in april or september next years.
