Urgent help needed on "horsey law"

Hi,

Does the California 3-day rescind law apply to
the sale of a horse? I sold a horse 48 hours ago,
have a deposit that the buyer put a stop on and
a signed bill of sale. Buyer wants to use the
"3-day rescind law" to get out of the deal. Said
she found another horse she likes better!
