immunizations for first CTR

Hi everyone,

              my friend and I are going to be doing our first CTR in 
september in central PA.  I was trying to get a hold of the person running it 
but haven't gotten any calls back yet.  Our vet is coming out next week to 
give Coggins but I need to know if there are any other vaccinations required 
for the ride.  Also need to know if there are any fees that need to be paid 
up front of if you pay them there.  The CTR were going to is called the 
Roundtop Rally in Lewisberry, PA.  Any info is greatly appreciated by a 
newbie.
