I bought a quick cinch and really like it, but on the recommendation of 
numerous people in this group, I do use a fleece girth cover over it.  I had 
a number of people say they worried about heat galling and so I never took 
the chance, but covered it right away.  Like I said, it's great, and MUCH 
easier to do up than the "centerfire rig" straps.
