Re: RC: Correction to Difficult story PAC



Just a note re Christy's 20 minute penalty.  I talked to a crew member at the
site last night and Christy's mom this morning.  Apparently, Tang's pulse was
at 52 when they took her over.  The pulse was then taken for 60 seconds and
they were told it was 61.  That was it.  She just lost 20 minutes.  Since
Christy and Tank usually do best in the last half of the races, it is even
sadder that this had to happen at the last vet check.

Life sure doesn't seem fair sometimes.  A pulse of 61 would be awfully hard
to call you'd think.
