PAC Correction on the number of Vet in

While I reported that only 90 of the 105 or so horses vetted
in OK - it looks like the real situation is between 2 and 4
horses didn't vet in.

The USA CT alternates and the UAE team had been included in
the first list so the real list was on the order of 94 with
90 in our starting list so far.
